What is electoral progress reform tracker?

Through the tracker, the user is given the opportunity to submit Proposals and Recommendations. They are able to follow up the submitted proposals or/and recommendations. Moreover, the user can refer and react to any proposal or recommendation that is submitted and approved. The tracker contains features such as polls in order to interact with the users. A user manual is included in order to provide a clear understanding with regards to the guidelines and steps.

PAFFREL is engaged in tracking the progress of electoral recommendations by national and international observer groups after the Sri Lankan presidential and parliamentary elections; electoral reforms suggested by Election Monitoring Organizations as well as Elections Commission. The main objective of this is to make available information on electoral reforms related bills, acts, proposals and recommendations submitted by different parties and track the progress of stages while showing where it has stalled and how it needs to be moved forward.
